These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general terms on which Assured Roofing ("we", "us") provides quotes and roofing services in Victoria. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

The guides, prices and advice on this website are general information for Melbourne homeowners, based on our real jobs and experience. They are not a diagnosis of your specific roof. Every roof is different, and the only way to know what yours needs is an inspection. Cost ranges published on this site are indicative only; your written quote is the price that applies to your job.

• Quotes are free, no obligation, and provided in writing after we inspect your roof

• A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and prices may change if the scope changes or hidden damage is found once work begins (we will always tell you before doing extra work)

• A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on completion unless your quote says otherwise

• Where weather delays a job (roofing is weather-dependent work), we will reschedule promptly and keep you informed

Restorations are backed by a 10-year product guarantee and a 7-year written workmanship warranty, detailed on our guarantee page and in the written terms provided with your quote. These guarantees are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill.

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and roof on the scheduled dates

• Tell us about anything unusual we should know before work starts (fragile fittings, pets, access constraints, solar systems)

• Keep people and vehicles clear of work and drop zones while work is under way

The content on this website, including text, job photos, tools and design, belongs to Assured Roofing unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape, republish or pass off our content or job photos as your own. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law. For services we supply, our liability is governed by your quote terms, our insurance and the law of Victoria.
