We use our own Jetblaster system running at 3,500 PSI, with pressure guns tuned specifically for tiled roofs. That's enough to strip off years of growth without damaging the tiles or blasting out the pointing. After washing, we chemically sterilise the surface to kill the lichen and bacteria at the root, so it doesn't just grow straight back.
We set up our own safety rail on every job and we're fully insured, so it's all done properly and safely.

Will pressure cleaning damage my roof?
Not the way we do it. We use pressure guns tuned for tile and the right technique, so it strips off moss and grime without damaging the tiles or the pointing.
Do I need to clean my roof before painting or restoring it?
Yes. A coating will not bond to a dirty, mossy roof, so washing and sterilising is always the first step of a restoration or roof paint.
Does the moss grow back?
We chemically sterilise the roof after washing to kill the lichen and bacteria at the root, which slows regrowth right down compared to a wash alone.
Can you clean Colorbond and metal roofs too?
Yes, we clean tile, Colorbond and metal roofs. Metal roofs usually get cleaned as part of a re-coat.
