Our Guarantee

When we restore a roof, we put the promise in writing. Two separate guarantees cover the work: one on the coating system itself, and one on our workmanship. Here is what each covers in plain English. The full written terms accompany every quote, so you can read them before you commit to anything.

The membrane coating systems we apply are backed by a 10-year product guarantee covering the performance of the coating: film integrity, peeling and cracking. We prepare and apply the systems the way the manufacturers specify, including the pressure clean, repairs, primer and full coats, because that preparation is what the guarantee depends on.

On top of the product guarantee, our own workmanship carries a 7-year written warranty. If something we did is not right, we come back and fix it. Ryan supervises every job personally, which is why we are comfortable putting our workmanship in writing for that long.

• Both guarantees are provided in writing with your quote, before any work starts

• A 25% deposit secures your booking, and you pay the balance on completion, so you are never paying in full for unfinished work

• We are fully insured, with public liability cover and workers compensation in place

• You receive progression photos throughout the job, so you can see the preparation that the guarantee relies on actually being done

These guarantees are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that work is carried out with due care and skill. Nothing in our written guarantees limits those rights.
