I come out, get up on the roof and find where the water is actually getting in, then fix the cause, not just the symptom you can see from the ground.
I handle everything from a single leak through to storm damage across a whole roof. Every repair is done to last, using proper products and a 7-year workmanship warranty on our own work.

How much do roof repairs cost in Melbourne?
Repairs are quoted case by case after a free inspection, because a single tile is a very different job to storm damage across a whole roof. As a rough guide:

We repair terracotta, concrete and cement tile roofs, plus Colorbond and metal. We use flexible pointing (Point Protect and Star Point) so ridge caps flex instead of cracking again, Pasco sealants for penetrations, and genuine Monier and Boral tiles when a replacement is needed to match your roof.

Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes. I come out, get up on the roof and give you an honest assessment and a free quote, with no obligation.
How quickly can you come out?
For urgent leaks I get out as fast as I can, usually within a day or two. We are not a 24/7 emergency service, but I know how much damage water does, so leaks get priority.
Will a repair fix my leak for good?
If it is a repairable issue, yes. I find the actual source of the leak and fix the cause, then back it with a 7-year workmanship warranty. If the roof is genuinely past it, I will tell you honestly.
Do you repair tile and metal roofs?
Both. Terracotta, concrete and cement tile, plus Colorbond and metal roofs, gutters and flashings.
What does the warranty cover?
Our own repair work is covered by a 7-year written workmanship warranty. It does not cover natural disaster or third-party damage.
